From time to time small sound circles or shared listening experiences will be offered. Some gatherings will take place in a small listening room at home; others unfold in natural places where the landscape itself becomes part of the instrument.

Occasionally forest walks are combined with gentle sound exploration — inviting deeper listening to the forest and to our own inner rhythm.

HELD — Letters from the motherline

— reminding new mothers they are not walking this path alone.

HELD is a listening-based storytelling project connecting experienced mothers with new mothers through intimate written exchanges. Developed through conversations and interviews with women across generations, the letters gather lived wisdom about the transition into motherhood — lineage, identity, exhaustion, resilience, and care.

Each phase brings together women’s voices alongside simple reflections, practices, and rituals shared by the mothers themselves.
